NOVA Chemicals Makes Alberta Top Employers List as Best Place to Work

NOVA Chemicals was proudly recognized on Alberta’s 2024 Top Employers list, for our leadership in talent recruitment and retention within the petrochemical industry. The annual list, organized by Canada’s Top 100 Employers, recognizes select companies across the country that lead their industry as the best places to work. The selection is based on the following criteria: workplace environment, social atmosphere, benefits, time off, skills training, employee communications, performance management, and community involvement.

According to Alberta’s Top Employer’s, we were selected for the resources and support we offer our employees, specifically throughout their professional development, community involvement, and future planning.
